DataFish values your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.
We collect information you provide: registration email and encrypted password. Uploaded data files are used solely for the analysis you request and can be deleted anytime.
Your information is used only to: provide data analysis services, improve product experience, and send service notifications. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
All transfers use HTTPS + TLS 1.3 encryption. Data is processed in an encrypted sandbox. Phone numbers and IDs are auto-detected and masked. Analysis code runs in an isolated environment with a 30-second timeout and no file/network access.
Data is stored on servers in mainland China. You can delete uploaded datasets and analysis results at any time. After account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
